Some of our Year 7 students have been on three history trips in one week as part of the World War 1 Sandyholme project.
The free history research project saw students spend three days working with the YMCA and a professional historian researching the history of Sandyholme and its owners during World War One.
They visited the YMCA Fusion Centre, Winston Churchill’s wartime bunker on Studland, Bournemouth Library and the Tank Museum over the course of the week.
